Embroidered Napkins

Napkins go through the hottest, harshest cycle in the building. They are the item most likely to be bleached, most likely to be washed at temperature, and most likely to come back with something on them that needs a second pass. Nothing printed on cloth survives that for long.

So we embroider. The mark is stitched through the fabric in polyester thread that is colour-fast to bleach, and it lasts exactly as long as the napkin does. Placement matters more than people expect: a mark in the corner is visible when the napkin is folded and hidden when it is in use, which is what most rooms want.

The artwork needs work, and we do it free. Embroidery has a minimum stitchable line width, so hairlines close up and small type fills in. We redraw for the stitch count, send a sew-out proof, and hold the digitised file so the reorder matches rather than nearly matches.

Some of it will. Embroidery has a minimum line width, so hairline rules vanish and small type fills in solid. We redraw and digitise free and send a sew-out proof, and we will tell you honestly which parts of your mark have to be simplified.
